Privacy became a concern with frequent knocks on the door and intrusive questions. The bathtub lacked proper design, leading to water pooling on the floor during use, creating an unpleasant exit experience.

Staying at Hacienda San Agustin De Callo was a memorable experience. The enchanting atmosphere, paired with historic Inca walls, created a cozy dining environment. The staff went above and beyond, they prepared a delightful candlelit dinner and made our stay very special.

I stayed in a Deluxe Suite for 4 nights, and my room was really spacious and comfy. The fireplace kept it warm and cozy at night, which I loved. Plus, there were hot water bottles in the bed, adding to the comfort. The view of Cotopaxi when the clouds cleared was stunning! But to be honest, I expected more from the staff considering the price. They weren't super welcoming, which was a bummer.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored local villages like Saquisili and Pujili, and the scenery was breathtaking during our cycling adventure through beautiful routes. The staff was super friendly and created a really warm atmosphere. Plus, the historic Incan walls were cool to see while enjoying good food!
